Terms of Service — Anneberg Transport WhatsApp Assistant

Last updated: 6 May 2026

WHO WE ARE

This service is operated by Anneberg Transport A/S, Annebergvej 2, Grønbjerg, DK-6971 Spjald, Denmark (CVR-nr. 34934819), and applies equally to all entities within the
Anneberg Transport group, including but not limited to Anneberg Transport GmbH and any other subsidiary or affiliated company under common ownership (collectively referred
to as "Anneberg", "we", or "us"). Where a specific subsidiary is your direct employer or contracting party, references to "Anneberg" in these terms include that entity.

WHAT THIS SERVICE IS

Anneberg Transport operates a WhatsApp Business messaging assistant available on the number +45 96 92 22 22. The assistant is designed to provide fast, accessible support
on matters related to employment, payroll, allowances, HR administration, and general company information. Responses are prepared with the assistance of automated
processing systems and are reviewed or delivered by authorised company staff. This service is one of several support channels we offer; it does not replace formal HR
procedures, written contracts, or legal correspondence.

WHO MAY USE THIS SERVICE

This service is open to the following categories of users:

Current employees of any Anneberg Transport group entity, regardless of their country of assignment or the specific subsidiary they are employed by, may use this service
to ask questions about their payslip, allowances, contract terms, onboarding documents, and other employment matters.

New recruits and candidates who have received a formal offer of employment from any Anneberg group entity may use this service to ask questions about the onboarding
process, documentation requirements, or the terms of their forthcoming employment.

Clients and business partners of Anneberg Transport A/S or any group entity may contact this number to reach our team for operational or commercial matters. Please note
that the automated assistant is primarily configured for employment support; commercial enquiries may be directed to the appropriate contact person manually.

Members of the general public may contact this number for general information about Anneberg Transport. Responses to general public enquiries are not automated and may
take longer to process.

Use of this service for any unlawful, abusive, or harassing purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in the user being blocked from the service.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

When you send a message to our WhatsApp Business number, your message is received by our automated system, which classifies your enquiry and prepares a draft response
drawing on our internal knowledge base and, where applicable, your individual employment records. A member of the Anneberg HR or operations team reviews and approves
responses before they are sent. For straightforward informational queries, responses may be sent automatically without individual human review, but a staff member remains
able to intervene at any time.

The service is available at all hours, but response times vary. Urgent matters — including accidents, medical emergencies, or safety incidents — must always be reported
through the emergency channels specified in your employment contract. Do not rely on this WhatsApp service for emergencies.

DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

When you send a message to our WhatsApp Business number, we receive and process the content of your message, your WhatsApp phone number and display name, and the date and
time of each exchange. If you are an employee, your message may be cross-referenced with internal employment records (such as payroll data or your start date) solely for
the purpose of answering your question accurately.

We process this data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

For current employees: on the basis of the performance of your employment contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in providing efficient HR support
(Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For recruits and candidates: on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For clients and business partners: on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing business communications (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For members of the general public: on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to unsolicited inbound contact (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. in accordance with Meta's own terms of service and privacy policy. Anneberg Transport is
not responsible for Meta's data processing practices.

DATA RETENTION

Message content processed by our internal systems is retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of the conversation, after which it is permanently deleted. Records of
actions taken as a result of a conversation — such as a logged salary advance request, a task created in our HR system, or a formal complaint received — may be retained
for as long as required by applicable employment, accounting, or legal obligations, which may be up to 5 years under Danish and German law.

LIMITATIONS OF THE SERVICE

The information provided through this service reflects Anneberg Transport's internal policies and general rules as understood at the time of the response. It is provided
for informational purposes only.

Nothing communicated through this service constitutes legal advice. Responses do not create, modify, or terminate any contractual right or obligation. Employees with
questions about the legal interpretation of their employment contract should consult an independent legal adviser, a trade union representative, or the relevant public
authority (such as Arbejdstilsynet in Denmark or the Arbeitsgericht in Germany).

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information provided, but we cannot guarantee that all responses are free from error. If you receive information that
conflicts with your written employment contract or a formal written communication from Anneberg, the written document takes precedence.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE GDPR

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request erasure of your data where we have no
legal obligation to retain it, to object to or restrict processing, and to request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern
about how your data is handled, contact us in writing at:

the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the WhatsApp service after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW

non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer or employment law protections applicable in your country of residence or
employment.
